Senior Shop Drawing Coordinator/ Manager

Job Descriptions:

  • To support the Project Manager on shop drawings activities.
  • To coordinate co-ordination/shop drawings of all projects/miscellaneous works with relevant Area Managers/Project Managers and subcontractors/suppliers.
  • To review/improve details to develop Kajima’s Standard Detail.

BIM Executive/ Engineer/ Coordinator cum Modeller

Job Descriptions:

  • To responsible for BIM overall implementation plan.
  • To liaise with BIM Manager / Project Manager on BIM implementation based on project needs and requirements.
  • To support and coordinate drawing/technical issue for tender development.
  • To create 3D model and prepare related drawing/documents as per schedule in good quality.
  • To execute and maintain the BIM execution plan.
  • To liaise closely and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant statutory bodies.
  • To ongoing review of BIM project models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

Assistant Architectural Manager

Job Descriptions:

  • To assist to coordinate and monitor the design function in respect to all architectural works.
  • To review design input for adequacy, compliance with statutory requirements, review, verify and validate design output and controlling design changes and modifications.
  • To assist to plan and prepare Project Design Programmes and project design and build master schedule.
  • To assist to prepare Authorities Submission Schedule and CF inspection schedule for each project.
  • To liaise with the customers and other sections.
  • To review, verify and validate design output as applicable as per procedures.
  • To ensure conformance to the design and development procedures of the Kajima Total Management Systems.

Senior M&E Design Engineer

Job Descriptions:

  • To carry out design on specific areas of mechanical and electrical works.
  • To monitor the design function in respect to all mechanical and electrical works.
  • To check design input for adequacy, compliance with statutory requirements, review, verify and validate design output and controlling design changes and modifications.
  • To liaise with the customers and other sections.
  • To monitor Project Design Programmes, Authorities Submission Schedule and CF inspection schedule for each project and to ensure that programmes and schedule are being achieved.
  • To review external consultants design output as per procedures and work instructions.

Engineers (CSA)

Job Descriptions:

  • To understand Project policy for safety, schedule, cost and quality and support Project Manager to achieve them on all site activities.
  • To coordination of the various trades in relation to all the works.

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for BIM overall implementation plan as per EIR.
  • Liaise with Project Manager on BIM implementation based on project needs and requirement.
  • Support and coordinate drawing/technical issue for ECI process.
  • Manage BIM model and prepare related drawing/documents as per schedule in good quality.
  • Prepare, execute, and maintain the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Liaise closely and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant statutory bodies.
  • Ongoing review of BIM project models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
  • Provide training to project staff who are new to BIM.

Safety, Health and Environmental Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

  • To assist Safety and Health Officer / Project Manager on measures to be taken in the interest of the safety and health of the person employed in the place of work.
  • To inspect the place of work to determine whether any machineries, plants, equipments, substances, appliances or process or any description of manual labour used in the place of work, is of such nature liable to cause bodily injury to any person working in the place of work.
  • To investigate, analyze and maintain statistics on any accident, near-miss accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational disease which has happened in the place of work.
  • To assist the project team / Safety and Health Committee, pursuant to regulations of the Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Committee in organizing and implementing occupational safety and health programme at the place of work.
  • To be secretary to the Safety, Health and Environment Committee, and perform all functions of a secretary as specified in that regulations.
  • To assist the Safety, Health and Environment Committee in any inspection of the place of work for the purpose of checking the effectiveness and efficacy of any measures taken in compliance with the Act or any regulations made under the Act.
  • To carrying out the respective duties under the Act or any regulations made under the Act.

Traffic Management Officer

Job Descriptions:

  • To liaise with traffic manager and supervisor, implement traffic management according to approved traffic management plan
  • Daily inspection at site and prepare daily report
  • Manage traffic management team including supervisor, driver, traffic controller and flagman
  • To monitor all traffic management device in place and maintain safe working environment for contractor
  • To response to ERT team’s request upon emergency or incident at site
  • Regular manpower and equipment inspection and prepare reports
  • Work collaboratively with construction crews and other project personnel to minimize disruption to traffic flow.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant traffic laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Traffic Management Officer on a large-scale construction project.
  • Certified Safety, Health & Environment Officer and Traffic Management Officer.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Environmental Officer

Job Descriptions:

  • To implement and to ensure compliance in all matters related to Environment Officer of the project sites
  • To prepare environmental plan reports to site management and authority whenever required.
  • To plan, schedule and manage environmental activities.
  • To review Environmental Aspect Impacts based on work activities.
  • To ensure implementation of environmental program and provide enforcement support at project site.
  • To conduct regular site inspections and follow up actions to ensure compliance with legal requirements, EIA Approval Condition and EMP (Environmental Management Plan).
  • To identify potential sources of pollution and relevant environmental aspect impacts followed by proposing appropriate mitigation plans and supervising corrective measures to be taken.
  • To liaise and communicate with the local authority (Department of Environment, Local City Council, Health Department, etc.), client and consultant to maintain company progressive standard and requirement.
  • To conduct relevant awareness training and toolbox to educate project team and site management on compliant to legal requirement.
  • To manage schedule waste management at project to ensure compliance with current legislation in the chemical storage, scheduled waste storage, transportation, handling and disposal of waste.
  • To assist in any tasks assigned by the management on the environmental issue from time to time.

Technical Executive

Job Descriptions:

  • To assist in supporting the General Manager in all matters relating to technical, quality, environmental and Occupational Health & Safety of the company.
  • To assist and support the Management Representative for the Company in relation to Kajima Total Management Systems (KTMS) issues.
  • To assist in monitoring and reporting in the implementation situation of the KTMS at all levels of the organization through Management Review Meeting.
  • To assist in liaising and coordinating in making/maintaining and suggesting improvements to the KTMS Manual and other KTMS documents.
  • To assist in establishing the Yearly Internal Audit (Management) Programme and assist in evaluating whether it is effectively implemented and maintained.
  • To assist in managing and coordinating all activities related to internal/external KTMS audit.
  • To assist in monitoring and coordinating all corrective and preventive actions are carried out timely and effectively and that the Corrective Action Requests (CARs) are closed out.

  • To ensure all relevant technical expertise/knowledge are made available to the site staff.
  • To prepare Construction Work Programme, Project Execution Plan and Progress Report.

Contracts Manager (CSA) 

Job Descriptions:

  • To support the Contracts Section Head pertaining to all contractual and costing matters for the area.
  • To coordinate the preparation of cost analysis, quotation or tender price for new projects.
  • To evaluate risks of tender conditions on contractual and costing matters for discussion.
  • To supervise the preparation of project site budget.
  • To supervise the preparation of projected cash flow of all projects.
  • To supervise the preparation of procurement schedule.
  • To evaluate all quotations.
  • To draft all sub-contract agreements and Purchase Orders.
  • To supervise the preparation of monthly Budget Summary Report.
